I recently took my dog to visit the vets and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The nurses were amazing with Paolo. They took the time to make him feel comfortable, which eased his anxiety and made the visit much more pleasant. The vet took the time to explain everything clearly. It was evident that the entire team genuinely cares about the wellbeing of their patients. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their pets. Thank you for making our visit a positive one!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though Luna doesn't particularly like going to the vets, she does like having a fuss and always forgives the nurse/vet after treatment.

Disappointed with the high costs and communication I took my dog here for a 10-minute appointment and some ear drops and was shocked to be charged £270 — something that would typically cost around £80 at other vets. On top of that, I had to chase them for test results they failed to follow up on. I also noticed that their vaccination prices are higher than average. Due to the cost and poor communication, I decided to switch to a different veterinary practice.

The entire team at Heath Vets in Rhiwbina are the most caring and sincere team ever! My dog is a very anxious boy who hates going to the vets, but everyone there is patient, understanding and are not judgmental. They have many different ways to help treat your pet and will always accommodate to their needs.
