Origin Vets Clinic Ltd

Had to wait a little bit due to an emergency but was made to feel very welcome and supported. Kitten was given the all clear, had her jabs and away we went with a follow up appointment. All very calm and relaxing to help pets feel settled while there.

Excellent vets who have an in depth knowledge and understanding of exotics. Information and advice exceptional. All staff friendly and supportive. The setting and environment is calm and spotlessly clean.

We were very impressed with Origin vet clinic from the receptionist through to the vet everyone was friendly, our poorly hamster Carol seen vet Jenny who was great with a grumpy just woken up hamster and after examining her gave us antibiotics and painkillers for her. There was no rush Jenny gave us lots of advice and we have already recommend Origin to friends. Carol is much improved. Thank you Origin 😊

Vet Jenny was brilliant with Jake, explained things clearly and called me in the evening with updated information. Hopefully I dont need to come back anytime soon but good to know that the care is there when needed

This practice is wonderful. Every member of staff has been kind, friendly and efficient. Yesterday, my daughter and I took her very ill chameleon there and we spoke in depth to Sophie and after her examination of Audrey my daughter decided that euthanasia was best for her chameleon. We waited in a private room and said goodbye to her. Adina, veterinary practitioner, was brilliant, so empathetic and sensitive, arranging Audrey so prettily at the end. We highly recommend this practice without reservation.

Absolutely amazing Sophie and her team are very professional and have spayed all 6 of my bunnies and all have been thriving after your pets couldn’t not be in better hands thank you.

After recommendations I visited here with my 11 week old french lops for a consultation before castration. A very welcoming clinic and were amazing with my rabbits. Felt reassured even before going as they have won awards for being rabbit savvy!

I can’t thank Origin Vets enough for the care they gave Maud, my pet skunk, during her neutering. They were so attentive and gentle, treating her with pure kindness. After pooping a huge worm, the way the vet took her time without force, made me feel so safe. Their calm and caring approach made the entire experience stress-free for both of us. It’s always a pleasure to visit Origin Vets, Bean was treated like a princess, she given the time and understanding! She was allowed time to explore the room and get a feel for the place. Once Bean had, had enough she was then given the time relax until she was ready again. We were put in the room with with the sofa ( bean took full advantage of that) and she had a good snoozy while the vets examined her. Without a doubt we give 5+ stars 🌟
