Surgery was dirty white dog hair on floor and table and foot prints on table everywhere needed a good clean . We also had to wait almost 45 mins before seeing a vet she was great . Sorry to complain it was a very upsetting time.

We have used St David’s Vets for more than 26 years. Menna Morgan really did set up a culture there that has remained true. Been lots of changes over the years but their service and care has always remained first class. The staff are understanding and have great empathy. Leanne (Office Manager I think) is just lovely, friendly, caring and empathetic . There is another receptionist who has also been brilliant with additional needs we have faced when we have visited and she has gone above and beyond to help accommodate. Katrina is just amazing with our dog Peppa and Claire is another trusted vet who has great experience and knowledge caring for our animal family over the years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the whole team.

Our dog Lacey had a dental procedure today and was given amazing care by the st David’s Team. She is always very anxious and nervous for her visits and everyone was so patience and caring towards her. Jemima, Sharon and Melissa were so kind, explained the procedure and after care so well and put our worry at ease. We couldn’t of asked for better people to look after our little one ❤️

My boux bear 🐻 is a blind dog, had her eyes removed when she were 1 years old by St David’s vets ,the care she receives till this day is amazing 😊 staff are great with her, always pleasant and kind.always offers her treats but, boux is fussy so always kindly declines 😁staff always makes a fuss with her, the confidence boux has is wonderful and great to see, you wouldn’t think she has no eyes.great staff and service always. Highly recommend them.

My little cat Mr Timothy Bits came in for his vaccination and health check yesterday. He was completely calm in the cats' waiting area, and the vet who saw him was really lovely as well as thorough. And now Mr Bits has a new nickname thanks to her - Potato!

Brought our 2 new puppies here for their second vaccinations. All staff we encountered were so lovely, the vet was great with them, and the appointment went without a hitch. Not only is it close to where we live, so that is great, they do a healthcare plan too. 10/10 recommend to everyone. :-)

We have been with St David’s vets for well over 20 years. All very friendly and extremely helpful staff, incredibly knowledgeable and supportive to all our pets and us through the good times and bad. Thank you so much for everything you do.
